The basic purpose of the interpreter is to facilitate understanding in communication between people who speak two different languages.

VCI offers industry standard interpreter trainings in the medical, social services and education fields using two separate courses, The Medical Interpreter (medical only) and The Community Interpreter International (medical, social services and education) to:

1) Bilingual Community Members

An intensive 80 hour course for bilingual persons interested in pursuing a career and working as interpreters. Click here for more information
